Once again thank you for taking the time to schedule a Phoenix Mediation appointment

RATES & RULES: Mediations during regular business hours are billed at $275/hr. Charges are divided equally among the parties unless otherwise agreed. Overages are billed in fifteen (15) minute increments.

Evening and weekends are billed at $325/hour.

A minimum of two (2) hours will be charged for half day mediations and a minimum of four (4) hours will be charged for full day mediations. We do not charge an administrative or scheduling fee.

Cancellation fee will be charged if notice is less than forty-eight (48) hours.For mediations that take place outside of Palm Beach County, travel time is billed at a rate of $125/hour divided equally among the parties.

For mediations that take place away from our office facility or the office of the mediating parties within Palm Beach County such as a business center which charge use fees, those charges shall be passed on to the parties without markup. Mediating parties are responsible for delivering payment for the two hour minimum $275 each to the mediation.

Mediating parties are responsible for bringing payment with them to the mediation at the requested time. Payments shall be by law firm or corporate check.  Additional charges, if applicable, will be billed to the parties. Counsels for the respective parties are responsible for timely payment of mediation services, fees and charges within ten (10) days of the mediation.

The Phoenix Mediation site features a Scheduling system for you to be able to request the time and date for your mediation. All mediation scheduling is subject to and based on both parties agreement of mediation.


*All scheduling is based on the order of how they are received for the scheduling and also based on both sides of the mediation agreeing on the time and place of the scheduled mediation. You will receive an email confirmation that your mediation request is being processed.
We will contact you directly and confirm times and request alternate times and dates due to the other parties involved. We will contact you through phone or email through this scheduling process.


CANCELLATION: If your mediation requires cancellation or rescheduling, please ensure notice is received by Phoenix Mediation within 48 hours of the scheduled mediation.
Advanced notice of cancellation or rescheduling provides opportunity for others to have their matters resolved.  A cancellation or rescheduling without 48 hours (2 business days) notice to Phoenix Mediation will result in a charge equal to the two (2) hour minimum divided equally between the parties.
